New car share somerset journey matching service launched

Moving Forward has launched its new lift sharing service www.carsharesomerset.com.

As part of our ongoing commitment to help more people car share, Somerset County Council has teamed up with Liftshare, the UK's largest implementer of car-sharing systems, to set up www.carsharesomerset.com. You can share a car for any regular journey - getting to work, doing the weekly shop, or taking the children to school - or for one-off trips such as business journeys.

It only takes a few minutes to join carsharesomerset and it is free to join and arrange a lift sharing match. Simply enter your journey details and follow the on-screen instructions.
