Don't move - it's Work from Home Day on 15th May
Work from Home Day is part of National Work Wise Week, Thursday 15th - Wednesday 21st 2008.
Whether you are an employer or a worker, there are a number of rewards from spending a day working away from work now and again. These are environmental and social, as well as financial. Home working can work well as a part of a "flexible working" system which support flexible working hours, and more productive use of time spent travelling, e.g. using the train and doing some work instead of driving to that meeting.
How to take part?
If you are an employee, ask your employer about its flexible working policies. Make sure you are making the most of any opportunities on offer to work more flexibly or from home.
