Rail Minister Takes a Tour of the Tracks

Rail Minister Lord Adonis took to the tracks this month on a five day rail tour around the UK to experience rail travel from the perspective of an ordinary fare paying passenger.

The purpose of the 2,200-mile long trip was to gain get a better understanding of the lines and more provincial services across the country, as well as finding our about the issues encountered by rail users.
