The following should be used as templates to collect and submit information to Somerset County Council.
Target Setting
Table to set out your modal share and travel aspirations at the start of your travel plan. You can use this table to develop your modal share targets in draft before adding them to iOnTRAVEL:

Reporting
To record modal shift and changes in travel choices over time. You can use this table to compile your modal share survey data in draft before adding them to iOnTRAVEL:

On iOnTRAVEL, you will need to enter the number of trips carried out by staff/customers/visitors per year. This spreadsheet allows you to enter the aggregated responses from your annual survey in order to get a percentage modal share figure and overall number of trips, to add into iOnTRAVEL.
