Employer Surveys

Employers can use Somerset County Council's online travel plan monitoring software to carry out their annual travel surveys.

These pages gives some further advice to assist employers in setting up the survey, and to help employees to complete it.

To use the survey tool, as an employer you need to be registered on iOnTRAVEL. You will be asked to provide the following information for the survey:

  • Date to open survey
  • Date to close survey
  • Introductory text
  • Colour scheme

Somerset County Council will:

  • Provide a full report of the responses to the survey
  • Provide a separate list of respondents' contact details who have asked to be contacted or entered into a prize draw
  • Approve survey data in iOnTRAVEL
