Winter Ice - cyclists and walkers beware
Cyclists and walkers are being informed that footways and cycleways will not be treated in anticipation of ice but would be cleared at the earliest opportunity if a known dangerous situation exists.
Somerset County Council has issued guidance on self-clearing snow on its website.
