Wild Orchid Walks at Barrington Hill National Nature Reserve
An opportunity to see perhaps the largest green-winged orchids displays in Britain set in the beautiful flower meadows of one of the smallest NNRs in England. Find out more about the flowers and how the meadows are cared for today during a gentle one to two mile stroll around the reserve.
Booking is essential as parking and access is limited.

Location and access
Please meet at ST297167 where a member of Natural England staff will greet you and show you where to park.
Barrington Hill is 2 km west of the A358, midway between the villages of Windmill Hill and Bickenhall (1 km to the south east and north west respectively).
By car, access to the site is via minor roads from the A358. The entrance to the site is near Barrington Hill Farm on the minor road from Bickenhall to Horton village.
