The British Heart Foundation (BHF) is inviting people to sign up for the Exmoor Bike Marathon on Saturday 5th September 2009.

BHF Exmoor Bike Marathon

Previously known as the South West Randonnee, this year it’s not only the name which has changed but there are now 5 routes to choose from. For people just starting out there is a12.5km route, followed by a 25, 50, 75 and a mega 100km for the really experienced rider.
This year, the event starts and finishes in the village of Porlock.

The BHF would like to see as many people as possible sign up for this event which is why they are offering entry level routes to appeal to a wider audience. The sponsorship money riders raise for the event will help towards vital research into heart disease which is still the UK's biggest killer.

If you would like to take part in the event, you need to book your place in advance. Places are £33. Enter online today at www.bhf.org.uk/exmoor. More information about the event and the routes can be found on the BHF website or by calling 0800 169 3672.
