April/10 - Webberbus announce new bus route to Wellington from Bridgwater and Taunton, serving Hankridge retail park.

20/04/10 - Second Steering Group meeting held. Winners of questionnaire survey competitions selected.

March/10 - Work begins on new noticeboards, travel information point and smarter travel information leaflet. Cycle training in Taunton and Cycle Challenge launched.

30/10/09 - Venue set for Launch Meeting. The Hankridge Arms will be hosting the launch event for the project at 12pm on Thursday 19th November 2009. All employers in Hankridge/Heron Gate, Deane Gate Avenue and Blackbrook Business Park are invited to attend. 

13/10/09 - Traffic counts begin on-site. Somerset County Council-employed staff will be out and about today around the area, counting the number of people arriving by car, cycle, on-foot, by motorcycle and by public transport. The aim of this is to create a baseline for the proportion of people using different modes of transport. This will be done again at the end of the project
